Investor Patrimonium Asset Management, through its Patrimonium middle market debt fund, subscribed an amount equivalent to Enapter’s bearer bond. „The financing period is 2 years. The Berlin-based company did not disclose interest rates on the issuer’s bond and other financial terms. „The planned EBITDA for the financial year 2023 is in the range of -10 to -11 million euros, mainly due to financial costs,” says Enapter.
