The FIU will take data to identify those in need of social protection from the registry office database

Until January 1, 2023, the PFR will form information about individuals and their families necessary to identify those in need of social protection based on the registry office data, the corresponding decree of the Russian government is published on the official Internet portal of legal information.


„Establish that until January 1, 2023, the information about individuals and relatives and (or) family ties of individuals necessary to ensure the process of identifying citizens in need of social protection measures (support), the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation forms on the basis of information about the state registration of acts of civil status contained in the Unified State Register of Civil Status Records,” the text of the resolution says.

According to the document, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, federal executive authorities participating in the interaction in ensuring the process of identifying citizens in need of social protection must, by May 1, 2023, carry out organizational and technological measures to ensure the configuration and uninterrupted operation of information systems.
